iCore Security Toolkit

The Model-based Security Toolkit (SecKit) is an integrated solution to address security aspects of the IoT systems including risk, trust, and security policy rules. The SecKit supports the modeling of the IoT system design viewpoint for the specification of security requirements, risk management, and expressive policy rules. The supported policy rules are specified following an Event-Condition-Action (ECA) structure that includes events, context, roles, and trust relationships. The SecKit runtime viewpoint includes also software components for evaluation and enforcement of security policy rules for IoT, for example, at the MQTT layer.
